O’SO Tuff Fiber Laps

O’SO can provide complete custom lap sets for any laboratory specifications. Laps can be cut in 1.498 or 1.530 index. We offer tooling in .06, .10, .12, or .25. Laps can be cut with or without pad compensation. We will custom produce your lap set for you based on the color, index, and curve specification that you desire. The sphere and cylinder range can be tailored to your specific requirements.

We offer finished laps cut to zero tolerance. Using the latest milling equipment, O’SO can cut finished laps to exact curves. Overnight service is available regardless of the curve requirement.
